I purchased a gold chain for my partner's birthday, but it started to discolor just after a single wear. We had to return it for repairs, and after discussing it with them, they agreed to help. We sent it back in the original packaging as they requested. Almost a month went by without any updates, and I found myself constantly reaching out to them. Finally, they emailed us saying they would send a replacement, which we were okay with. However, when the new chain arrived, it was the wrong size and not in the original packaging—just a chain tossed in a box with no note or anything. We reached out to customer service again, and the woman I spoke to was incredibly rude, showing zero patience and not even listening to our concerns. She couldn't answer our questions and, to top it off, she lied about the size. I asked why there was no paperwork or receipt included, especially since we returned everything as instructed. We expected the same items back, just the right size! Honestly, we are extremely let down by the customer service. The lady was downright disrespectful and even had the audacity to hang up on us. With the New Year upon us, we didn’t have the energy to keep arguing on the phone, so we decided to drop it. I won’t be ordering from this place again.
